Orb of Hidden Riches is the current Relic that increases all gem power by 25%. Seal of the Heskyr was the older two-piece armor-set bonus with that effect. Loot 2.1 removed armor set bonuses and moved selected passive effects onto Relics: these names describe the old and current sources of the bonus.

In the older Season 3 system, Seal of the Heskyr required two matching set pieces and increased gem power from socketed gems and item gem-power modifiers. The October 22 reset removed armor set bonuses. Current guides list Orb of Hidden Riches as the Relic carrying the 25% gem-power effect. For the current reset, check the equipped Orb rather than following an old two-piece-set farming checklist.
Should the calculator apply both bonuses?
Apply the 25% bonus once for the current equipped effect. A base color total of 1,200 becomes 1,500; do not add a second multiplier simply because an older guide calls the effect Heskyr. The bonus works on each color total, while flat gem-power rolls on equipment still add to their matching color first. Check the bonus state when importing or editing a build.
