Hit chance is combined across spells, melee and ranged attacks; critical chance is also combined. Weapon-skill itemization changes, and bonus healing also grants one-third as much bonus damage.

Read the actual Forever item’s stats and effects, then compare its ilvl in the Forever calculator. Keep Classic Era presets separate; numerical item level alone cannot identify the best item for your role.
