Our advice is to compare the Legendary effect alongside your talents, gems and weapon. An item that fits one playstyle may be less useful for a different version of the same hero.
Use a complete player as a reference
Open your hero’s gear page, select a current captured player and inspect its head, chest and legs. Keep the capture date in view. A frequently observed item is evidence of use in that sample; it is not proof that every other option is worse.
