Both Skyborne factions have Walk on Air and Wind Blessed. Alliance gets Read Leyline for regeneration, while Horde gets Skysight for movement speed.
Blizzard ↗Confirmed details
The November 3 notes list Wind Blessed at 2% haste. Read Leyline gives 50% increased health and mana regeneration for 15 seconds, or 100% with Attuned. Skysight gives 15% movement speed for 15 seconds, or 30% with Charged.
Blizzard ↗How to use this
Use Read Leyline at a ley line to become Attuned or Skysight at an elemental convergence to become Charged. Each effect lasts an hour, persists through death and is removed when you enter a raid.
Blizzard ↗Important distinction
Walk on Air glides downward. Elemental Insight increases damage to elementals. Read Leyline cannot be used while Innervate is active. These numbers reflect the November 3 prelaunch notes.
