Legacy opens when you earn your first point, usually at level 25. Each eligible character can spend up to 16 points at launch from the shared account total.
Blizzard ↗Confirmed details
You can also earn your first point with 150 skill in a non-gathering primary profession or by exploring the full map. Perks cover Professions, Adventure and Resourcefulness. One character can reach the launch cap.
Blizzard ↗How to use this
Press Y or open the shield icon to view the trees. Each character spends independently. The account reward track includes the Spectral Bear mount, Spectral Bear Cub, tabard and Replica Ironforge Air Rifle.
Blizzard ↗Important distinction
Hardcore is planned after launch with separate rules. Blizzard says ordinary Legacy challenges do not carry into Hardcore, while Hardcore challenges can count in other rulesets.
