The Midnight Season 2 top-0.1% Mythic+ title is “the Venomous Hero”. It is awarded for finishing the season in the top 0.1% of your region, not for reaching a fixed rating today.

Confirmed details
Do not confuse it with “the Venomous”, the Keystone Conqueror reward at 1,500 rating. Blizzard also lists Venomous Champion for the top 1%; that is a different achievement from Venomous Hero.
Blizzard ↗How to use this
Choose your region in our title tracker, check the snapshot timestamp, and compare the current cutoff with your score. An in-season estimate helps you plan pushes; it is not the final qualifying score. Our rating calculator helps compare which dungeon improvements are worth pursuing.
Raider.IO ↗Important distinction
The threshold can move until the season closes. Raider.IO estimates eligibility from recorded characters; Blizzard determines the final award. An alt is a separate character, not another unique player. Do not treat a forecast or an old season’s score as guaranteed qualification.
