Dungeon options use your highest, fourth-highest, and eighth-highest completions. Our worked example: +10, +10, +9, +8 unlocks a +10 first option and a +8 second option, with no third option yet.

Eight +10 completions unlock three 318 Myth-track dungeon options, but you still take one. Before choosing, compare set bonuses, trinket effects and your weakest slot—not just the largest ilvl number.
Important distinction
The neutral Vault is in Silvermoon City at 50.2, 66.2. A full row improves choice; it does not guarantee a specific item. Check the in-game Vault preview before planning the rest of your week.
