Higher floors have matching achievements: timing every dungeon at +13 unlocks the +13 floor, and so on. One high timed key is not enough; the full rotation matters.

Important distinction
You can still deliberately lower a keystone through Lindormi in Silvermoon. Resilience protects against depletion; it does not promise a successful run or replace the portal and title requirements.
