The Return to Dornogal campaign is part of 12.1.7. Blizzard announced the Worldcore raid, Season 3 and Midnight’s Edge for the later 12.2 Eclipse update.
Blizzard ↗Confirmed details
In 12.1.7, help Arator, Brinthe, Dagran and Brann find a way through Dornogal’s damaged Coreway. The same patch preview includes Talebound, Lorewalking, Timeways and Folio additions.
Blizzard ↗How to use this
Look to the Eclipse preview for the eight-boss raid and the Legendary caster dagger. Defeating Xal’atath is one part of unlocking Midnight’s Edge.
Blizzard ↗Important distinction
Blizzard’s official 12.1.7 materials reviewed November 3 still describe the PTR and give no live release date.
