Melidrussa Chillworn leads the Primalist infusion efforts in the Ruby Life Pools. Her fervent belief is that she is protecting young dragon eggs from the influence of the titans and cleansing them from the stain of Order magic. She will stop at nothing to fulfill her calling and return the eggs to what she believes is their natural state.
Overview
Melidrussa assaults players with Hailburst and Chillstorm. After reaching 66% health and 33% health, Melidrussa begins a Frost Overload and calls forth Infused Whelps to assist her. These whelps apply Cold Claws to their current target with each attack.
Tank
•Awaken Whelps causes many Infused Whelps to swarm the party. •Melidrussa's Infused Whelps apply Cold Claws to their current target until defeated. •Frost Overload becomes deadly quickly unless stopped.

Melidrussa pulses frost energy, encasing herself in an Ice Bulwark. While Ice Bulwark holds, she inflicts 45582 Frost damage every 1.5 sec to all players and increases damage taken from this ability by 5% for 3 sec. This effect stacks.

Ice Bulwark absorbs 10% of Melidrussa's maximum health.

Melidrussa summons a storm of frost at a player's location that pulls players towards the Storm's Eye. Every 1.5 sec, the storm inflicts 41218 Frost damage to all players. After 7 sec the storm explodes, inflicting 67888 Frost damage to all players and pushing them away.
